The HOA is responsible for outside of the home such as roofs, wood repairs, common area landscape, and bees/wasps. But toilets & showers, A/C & HVAC, clogged sinks, patio landscape, electrical & outlets/lights, water heaters, and other interior items are the homeowner's responsibility.
