Homeowner Vendor Reference List

Have a home improvement or personal repair project?  See a list of vendors below who might be the right fit for your project!

Do not contact our HOA property manager for personal repair work
Homeowners are responsible for repairs for: home appliances, toilets & showers, A/C & HVAC, clogged sinks & showers, electrical panels/breakers & outlets/lights, patio landscape, garage doors & openers, water heaters, and other items inside the home.  See a list of homeowner responsible items here

Have a vendor to add to our list?

If you know a vendor who is licensed, reliable, and has done good work for you in the past, let us know by sending us their contact information.

* Items below require approval of an HOA Architectural application BEFORE proceeding.

** Indicates vendor below is also used by our HOA.  Contact the vendor directly for personal service requests, not our property manager; the vendor will then bill the homeowner. (Note: Irvine Exterminating offers homeowners a monthly insect control service for inside the home and garage. Contact the vendor below or view here for more info.)

*** Regarding concrete paver vendors below: Pavers installed outside the home (e.g., driveways, walkways, patios) first requires an Architectural application as well as following the steps in our Paver Program Policy & Rules document, including signing an indemnity agreement.
